• Account & booking details — name, email, phone, guest count, stay date, hotel, room type, and booking records needed to complete a Pause.
• Technical data — device, browser, IP address, approximate location, and usage logs that help us run, secure, and improve the service.
• Partner data — hotel contact and property information submitted during partner signup or management.

Pause does not collect payment card details — all payments are made directly at the hotel. We do not store or process card numbers.
